Myrtle Beach

We spent a few days in Myrtle Beach at Jason's dad's beach house. The weather was great for us. 

Laneah was excited for the beach, but there had been several shark attacks in the Carolinas over the summer and she was terrified to get in the water. Especially since people kept yelling "shark! Get out of the water"! We got her in the water a few times, but she had fun playing in the shallow area and in the sand too. 

It was Sawyer's first time at the beach. He seemed to like it ok. He didn't stay very long before he was ready to go back for a nap. 

Brooklyn mostly played in the sand, building castles and searching for sea shells. 

We built Sawyer his own little pool for him to play in.

We had a few 2nd cousins come visit us at the beach.

One day at the beach, these guys were catching fish and giving them to the kids so Laneah and Brooklyn and a few friends they made at the beach, built a pool for their fish. 

We enjoyed our time at the beach.
