Bread Make Day

In second grade, the kids have an in school field trip called Bread Make day. I was able to be a parent volunteer and it was actually a lot of fun and very well organized. The kids were placed into groups at tables and worked together and each made their own loaf of bread. They measured and smelled and listened and played (when the kneaded the dough they played different fun games).

Laneah really enjoyed it and I was happy I could come help out and watch. Laneah's bread turned out really yummy.
