Patapsco State Park

On June 11th, we went to Patapsco State Park with my brother Drew and Makaila. Brooklyn was sick, so she stayed home with Jason. The main park was full so we had to drive a ways away and take a hiking trail in. Sawyer did really well for a while, but Drew had to carry him for a good bit of it. 

After hiking for a while, we made it to our first waterfall and small pool. We played there for a while and then headed back on the trail to the next stop which was a bridge and the shallow river. The water was pretty and had all these shimmer thin rocks so the water was sparkly. Most of it was very shallow so it was fun to play in. 

Drew had this fun inflatable raft for us all to use.

It was such a fun day. We love hiking and swimming. We will have to come another time with Jason and Brooklyn.
