July went by so quickly. We started off celebrating Jason's birthday. He wanted homemade oreos.

While the girls were in St Louis, they did all sorts of fun things. They went to a baseball game, a discovery museum, the pool, the zoo and more. They had a great time with my parents.

Jason and I went on a date to Six Flags and then a late dinner at our favorite local place, Mi Casita. We never get to ride the adult rides so it was fun to go without kids and ride the more daring coasters.

And dinner was perfection.

When we were driving to and from Destin, we stopped in Georgia and spent the night at our friend's house. Jason grew up with Tim, and Tim and Kandice lived in Crofton for a few years. It was so fun catching up with them. They have four sweet boys who were really nice and welcoming to our kids and they had a great time playing together.

Sawyer and Brooklyn couldn't get enough of their pet guniea pig.
