Pool and Downtown Disney

On Tuesday we were all tired so we hung around the hotel pool in the morning. The girls were happy to play in the pool. Laneah kept pretending to be a mermaid so I got one of Jason's fins (he had brought his snorkeling gear) and put one fin over both her feet so it looked like she had a tail. Brooklyn wanted to do it as well and they had so much fun pretending to be mermaids.

After spending time at the pool we got dressed and headed to Downtown Disney. We ate at dinosaur restaurant that was like Rainforest Cafe; I think that they are owned by the same people. It was a little crazy and loud in there, but the girls enjoyed it.

The "volcanic" dessert was so yummy.
After lunch the guys went back to the hotel and all the girls stayed to walk around and window shop. We stopped at the lego store first. They have huge statues made of legos all over. They had Buzz and Woody, the dragon from Sleeping Beauty, the dwarfs from Snow White and more. They also had play stations for the kids to build legos which was nice.

We went to the giant Disney Store there and I let the girls pick out their souvenir. Brooklyn got a bunch of little plastic princess and Laneah chose the doll Elinor with a bear cover for her to transform into a bear (from the new movie Brave). We were still pretty tired so we went back to the hotel after the store just to hang out and relax.
