Easter Celebration

(This is my last Easter post, I promise:)

On Saturday we went to Jason's dad's house for Easter. Brooklyn looked adorable in her little tulip dress and took a little snooze during the Easter egg hunt.
Laneah with her cousins Anthony and Blake.

Then Easter morning Laneah got her fun basket with bubbles, sunglasses, chalk and a My Little Pony movie.
The basket I got had a tutu wrapped around it that you could take off so Laneah put on the tutu and her face looks like that because it is full of candy, lol.
Brooklyn also liked her first Easter basket. Oh she is SO cute!
Laneah sticking out her tongue, she has been doing that a lot lately.

My mom bought us these matching Easter dresses. I thought it was fun having the same kind of dress as my beautiful girls.
Later we headed over to Jason's grandma's house for Easter with his mom's side of the family.

After a yummy dinner we had another Easter egg hunt. Laneah really had the hang of it by this point and filled her basket to the brim.
But a dog is still more fun to her than an Easter egg hunt. Jason's sister Megan brought her dog, Lottie, and Laneah was ecstatic.
After Laneah counted her eggs we packed up to go home.
Easter is a wonderful time, it means winter is over and spring is here and it is great to spend time together with family. But most importantly it is a reminder that our Savior who gave his life for us LIVES. Our Redeemer lives and He loves us. And I am truly grateful and humbled on this Easter holiday.

What a fun Easter you guys clearly had! You all had matching dresses!?! That's so cute! Does Brooklyn always sleep with those two fingers in her mouth? It's adorable.
