St Louis

We had such a great trip to St Louis. The girls had lots of fun with their Uncles. On Christmas day, my parents, Jason and I went to see Les Miserable. Alex and Andrew stayed with the girls and watched The Grinch and made Grinch punch (soda, ice cream and green sprinkles). They had a lot of fun.

We also got some snow. The first snow of winter for us. Laneah was so happy.

All of us went outside for a big snowball fight.

Brooklyn trying to catch snow on her tongue.
My mom scheduled the girls to get pedicures at this adorable salon called 'Sweet and Sassy' for little girls. They were both in Heaven.
Brooklyn just got her toes painted, but Laneah got the whole nine yards.

We went to the butterfly house of course. I love that place.

And Laneah made sure we went to The Incredible Pizza Company

The boys also took Laneah ice skating, but I am still waiting on pictures of that.

It was a fun trip and so good to see my family members that were able to make it.

Christmas

We drove to St Louis this year for Christmas. It was an adventure! It was a long drive, but well worth it. We got to see my parents, and two of my brothers; Alex and Andrew. The girls were in heaven.

Christmas Even we had a yummy dinner and our Christmas story and then the moment the girls had been waiting for; the choosing and opening of one gift.

Laneah opened her gift from Jason and I which was a Kidz Bop rock star microphone with a stand; a rock star jacket, and tickets to her concert. The girls couldn't wait and put on a concert right then and there.

Before bed Laneah put out cookies and milk and a note for Santa, and carrots for the reindeer.
When she woke up, Santa had eaten the cookies and milk and left a thank you note!
Before the destruction:)
Brooklyn got a puzzle, a princess lego set, a tutu, dress up shoes, jewelry, Madagascar 3, a baby Cinderella doll, a baby stroller and tons more.

Laneah got a Merida nightgown, Barbie turn tables, a Barbie purse, The Lorax, a remote control car, and more.

As soon as Brooklyn saw her tutu she had to wear it.

And my favorite picture of the day!
We got to skype with my sister and her husband and my brother Jacob and his new fiance (he proposed Christmas Eve and told us when we were skyping) Norma. We were all very excited. It was a great Christmas.
