Papa Johns Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Sawyer had a field trip at the Papa Johns Farm. The tour starts off with the kids learning about pumpkins and squash (the different colors and textures).

The kids then got to see some decorated pumpkins, including some of their favorite characters.

Next up in the tour, the kids got to see the fields and feel and learn about what they grow there; potatoes, corn and cotton.

Sawyer makes this silly face a lot, especially when I ask him to smile.
And what's a farm without animals? The kids loved seeing all the barnyard animals. I love how he has his hands clasped behind his back while he looks at the animals.

They had a few new calfs the kids wanted a picture with.
The last part of the tour was the best! We took a hayride to the pumpkin patch and picked out some pumpkins.

There are a lot of pictures, but I couldn't help myself, he is just so dang cute!

Class picture!

Look at how big these pumpkins are!

Pumpkin patch field trips are the best!
