Brooklyn's Birthday Party

For Brooklyn's 2nd birthday I went with a Minnie Mouse theme.
I made little cards labeling all the food:
Mouse Ke-Dillas (Quesadillas cut out with Mickey cookie cutter),
Hot Diggity Dogs (corndogs),
Minnie's Rainbows (different colored fruit on skewers),
Gummy Fish (Swedish fish),
Toodle's Chocolate Crispy Treats (chocolate covered Rice crispy treats cut out with a mickey cookie cutter).
Decorating was fun. I planned on my mom being here to help so I went all out, but then last minute she had to work:( We missed her. I made the pom pom happy birthday banner.

I was so happy with the cupcakes. They are possible the cutest cupcakes I have ever made. I made the bows out of marshmallow fondant and the ears are fudge covered oreos.

Brooklyn and Laneah were into everything at the table. They were so excited they did not want to wait for the party guests.
Sooooo excited!!!

The finished table.
Water bottles.  I found these labels for free here.
The centerpiece. Three styrofoam balls spray painted black and pink gum balls in the vase.
The cupcakes all together.
"We've Got Ears, Say Cheers!" Mickey Mouse ears for the kids.
Laneah enjoying the food with her Aunt Jen.
Brooklyn getting her tutu on. I love that she puts her arms up.
All ready for the party.

The girls with their cousin Blake.

We played pin the flower on Minnie. As you can tell, Laneah cheated;)

We also had a little dance party to some of the clubhouse music.
Brooklyn looking to see what else she can snack on but its all gone:)

Fishing for Gummy Fish
Present time!

She got a baby doll, clothes, a dollhouse and a Fisher Price Little People Wheelies rampway toy.

Time for the cupcakes!

Kisses for grandma.
She was being so high maintenance with her cupcake. Her papa was here and she kept making him hold the cupcake and feed it to her.
This is her second cupcake which is why she is running wild.

She went under the table to play with this ball.

The birthday party was fun and Brooklyn had a great time turning two and now its time for the hot dog dance...lol:)
