Happy Halloween from Mermaid Laneah and Pirate Brooklyn

This year for Halloween Brooklyn was a pirate and Laneah was the little mermaid, aka princess Ariel.

They were so excited to get dressed up and go.

Brooklyn had a little glow in the dark sword.
She also had a cute little hat that she did not want to wear.
We got less than a minute of her in the hat, but it was a cute minute!

We left for my nephew Blake's birthday party. He wanted the adults to dress up. I was a cat because it was easy to throw together. I have the girls cat ears on, but Jason cut my head off. But the girls look cute so I wanted to post it anyway.
Blake's party was fun and he seemed happy to turn 6.

We tried a family shot before trick-or-treating. It was laughable as always.
Then it was time to trick-or-treat. We went around Blake's neighborhood first.

Brooklyn took a little ride with her friend Sebastian.
Laneah decided she was too tired to walk to so she got on Jason's shoulders. It was funny because when he put her on his shoulders her dress covered his head.
After trick-or-treating in that neighborhood, we went back to our house and saw the girl's friends Mia and Ezra.

Jason and Laneah went around our neighborhood while Brooklyn and I watched Sesame Street and passed out candy to kids that came by.
Laneah enjoyed passing out candy this year too. Brooklyn was so funny because she wanted to eat as much candy as she could get her hands on and was pretty hyper at the end of the night.
It was a fun night and the girls crashed as soon as they laid in their beds. Happy Halloween!
