October

October is always full of activities and I usually work a lot of weddings! With all our normal activities in between, we are very busy. So here are some extras from October.

We are now under 200 days to the cruise!
We had to make our last trip to Rita's before it closed for the season.
I made homemade bread bowls and broccoli cheese soup.
Brooklyn always wants me to take her pictures with statues.
A list of things Laneah is grateful for.
Jason and I went to a friends wedding. The lighting wasn't great, so the pictures aren't great either.

Playing the game Pie Face
We made Halloween cookies with Nana

Laneah and Brooklyn have dance back to back on Thursday nights. After we dropped Brooklyn off, Laneah suggested we walk a little trail around the pond nearby while we wait for her class to start. It was a great idea and a fun walk.

We went to Six Flags and brought Blake with us. My mom stayed home with Sawyer since she wasn't feeling up for it. The kids had a little power nap on the way.

We ran into some friends! Six Flags was really fun. We did the kids trick or treat room and the little hayride.
Laneah had a field trip to the Baltimore museum of industry.

At one of my work events, they had macaroons so I brought some home for my Paris princess.
Sawyer had so much fun playing in the leaves.
And that's a wrap!

Halloween

This year we had Cleopatra, a firefighter, and a gypsy.

We started off the morning with spider pancakes.
Then the girls got in their costumes for school.

We went to trick or treat at Jason's mom's neighborhood. There are a lot of houses and many of them go all out for Halloween. Laneah passed out candy with her grandmom while Jason and I took Sawyer and Brooklyn out trick or treating. Sawyer did great. He loved getting the candy and saying trick or treat, he even said "happy ha-ween!" to someone after they gave him candy. So funny. His bag got so full that he couldn't lift it and he was just dragging it on the ground behind him. Whenever we asked if he was done, he would say he wanted to go to more houses.

Another Halloween in the books!
