June

Some lovey moments with my girls

Pool and crabs with some friends.

One night, Brooklyn got up from her bed, wondered into the hallway and then fell asleep in a laundry basket!!
The end of the year classroom gift we (the room moms) made for Brooklyn's teacher. It was also her birthday so we made a "cake" with cash candles.

The kids made a rocket ship out of box.

Watkins park.

Six Flags visits

Sawyer was so excited when he saw the characters at Six Flags that he demanded to get out of the stroller to see them. He gave them high fives and when we tried to take a picture with them, they knelt down and Sawyer copied them and sat on the ground lol.

A double rainbow was our view of girls night at Cheesecake Factory.

More pool time to cool off.

Well, school, softball, and dance ended and summer began all in June. A busy and fun month.

Softball : Go Pineapples!!!

Brooklyn started playing softball in March and really enjoyed it. She went from never having really thrown and even hit a ball with a bat, to the most improved player on the team. She also got to play with her good friend Lottie. They were preschool buddies, but go to kindergarten at different schools so it was so fun for them to see each other and play.

They had a softball parade at the local Bowie Baysox game. There was a huge thunderstorm and Sawyer was sick so I stayed home with him and Jason took the girls. Luckily the rain cleared and there was a beautiful rainbow. The kids all had a lot of fun there.

The girls uniforms were yellow, so they decided that their team name should be The Pineapples.

It rained a lot during the practices and games.

The team marched in the spring parade. And used their hats to collect candy, lol.

The team party was at Ledo's pizza. We had some pizza and they passed out trophies.

Team pictures

She really enjoyed playing and I hope she does it again next year.
